We also request that you email us to inform us of the return and make sure you get proof of postage just incase the parcel goes astray.

 

Faulty, defective or incorrect deliveries will be refunded, including postage costs.  Refunds are not given for misuse, use against manufacturer's recommendations or reasonable wear and tear.
