You may return new and unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the goods only.  We will not refund orginal postage costs.  Please return in orginal package if possible (if damaged please use appropriate packaging) and enclose the delivery note. We also request that you email us to inform us of the return and make sure you get proof of postage just incase the parcel goes astray.
